Our Services
We provide design, engineering, construction, and maintenance of a diverse range of tall structures, including concrete chimneys, steel stacks, solar towers, concrete silos, and water towers. Our expertise serves sectors such as thermal power plants, oil refineries, waste-to-energy plants, and chemical plants.
Operating as EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) contractor, we meticulously oversee the progress, quality and efficiency of design, procurement, and construction processes, ensuring the best service experience for each client.
Engineering
We conduct in-house design processes that encompass thermos, and structural calculations utilizing advanced software such as SOFiSTiK, Tekla Structures, Midas Gen. We also design the piles, foundations and upper structures tailored to specific project requirements. Additionally, we perform through design partners, wind tunnel testing and simulate smoke plume dispersion if required by engineering specifications.
Procurement
Within the scope of our project materials, we encompass various elements, including raw materials like steel and concrete, steel structures (ladders, walkways, platforms, liners), anti-acid liner protections made of Titanium steel, borosilicate, castable anti-acid concrete or with alternative non steel material such as FRP or refractory bricks, and supply equipment such as expansion joints, anti-vibration dampers, silencers, elevators, etc.
Construction
We offer comprehensive turnkey solutions, with services that include civil works such as foundation slabs and concrete body structures. We cover aspects including the construction of concrete windshields, internal platforms, stairs, liners, and liner protection. In steel stack constructions, we erect the stacks along with essential components like anti-vibration dampers, silencers, and auxiliary components such as ladders, platforms, and aircraft warning lights.
