Sadara Chemical Company Al-Jubail Complex is an active petrochemical complex located in Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. The complex started commercial operations in 2015 and currently has an active annual capacity of 6.87 million tonnes per annum (mtpa). Key products produced in this complex include ethylene, polyethylene, chlorine, propylene, and nitrobenzene. AIT-STEIN plans, designs, manufactures and installs turnkey optimization and energy recovery units. AIT-STEIN's works ranging from combustion equipment to flue gas treatment, including of course all the equipment necessary for the exchange of calories with the aim to reduce the operating costs and the carbon emissions.
FERBECK INTERNATIONAL SA has been awarded an EPC contract for one 65 meter-high-steel stack by AIT-Stein.
