A steel chimney is an architectural ventilation structure that isolates hot exhaust gases or smoke. Smaller than a concrete chimney, it can be self-supporting, guided or guyed, based on the needs of the client.
Commonly used for incinerators and refineries, steel chimneys are often fitted with ladders, platforms, and aircraft warning lights.
