This project of a 275-meter concrete chimney faced significant challenges due to extreme wind speeds of up to 300 km/h, frequent cyclones, and storm surges. With a 32-meter bottom diameter, the chimney required advanced engineering for its foundation, concrete shell, and heavy lifting, including the installation of a tuned mass damper.
